Jenny's Latest Book

As a naturopath and leukaemia survivor, I was very motivated to write a book that would help people who are travelling the cancer journey. My book, Naturally Supporting Cancer Treatment, is designed to show a cancer patient or their carer all the natural ways to support themselves through regular medical treatment, all backed with research.

The book covers diet, stress reduction, exercise ideas, sleep support, toxin avoidance, supplements and herbs. It has references to the research throughout it, and it covers all the interactions, side effects and advice on when not to use each supplement and herb mentioned. So it's oncologist-friendly!

It's the ideal handbook for anyone, whether newly diagnosed, going through treatment and wanting to avoid side effects, or in remission and wanting to stay that way.
